Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8th of 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who was her manager during her teen years and to her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. When she began acting, she was just around the age of 4, after being raised in Canyon Country with her siblings. Early in her career, she worked as an extra on the television shows Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. At the age of 13, she first got a role in the film Friday. In 2012 while active on both T.V. and films, she was the lead character Mya in the film series with multiple stars Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Originating from Texas Killmer was in the class of Baylor University in Waco Texas which she graduated with an B.F.A. In 2010, she earned an education in performing arts. She began her acting career in the web-series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career acting on screen in 2010 following appearances in several local plays. She was in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in its first episode. This reality series revolved around actors who move into an Hollywood California house.
